I got some special mail from a special guy today. He made me two mixtapes (which by the way are really good), sent me old pictures and buttons that he found at the flea market thats called ‘snoopers paradise’ over in the UK and a very lovely letter written in three different ink pens. I opened and read everything very carefully, I popped in one of the mix CD’s and let it play in the background while I read through the letters and examined the pictures. To me, it was magic.
What makes him special? He’s still a complete stranger. He started off as one of my readers that found me through another website, started reading my blog and then eventually purchased one of my prints from my etsy shop. From there, we became pen pals. Though we are acquainted on Facebook, relatively we still remain strangers to each other. We only talk through letters and when we do message each other through Facebook its usually to say “I sent you something!” or thanking for what we received. This makes our odd friendship a lot more special and unique. This is what I love about the internet, connection of strangers.
Now let me go and write him back, he’s given me so much inspiration I could write a novel. Thank you Rich.  High-res
