This years comic con i had a blast. I usually don’t dress up that much because i’m always walking around on the exhibit floor maneuvering around hordes of people to get to the artist alley. Which, is my favorite place on the floor, along with the small press. I decided now would be the perfect time to bust out the Ewok “Wicket” costume that the beautiful ladies at NerdAlert made for me. I took a million pictures with people of all different species (Barney had to be my favorite) but my absolute most favorite was the little stormtrooper i met upstairs. She made my whole comic con experience the best experience to date at that convention. The coolest little girl with the equally coolest mother. When we all got done taking pictures she lifted off her helmet and whispered quietly, “i like your costume, i love Ewoks”. I told her i liked her costume, i love Stormtroopers. She smiled and said, “we’ll trade costumes next year, k?” Best. Kid. Ever.

2012 Ford F-150 Bat Truck

The original 1965 Batmobile was built on a Ford Futura concept body by George Barris, so his grandson Jared decided to pay homage to his grandfather 50 years later with this awesome truck dubbed The Crimefighter. The truck itself was customized by the team at Galpin Auto Sports, and has been drenched in a tuxedo black paint job hit with matching wheels and contrasting Ferrari red accents found throughout.

I just want to introduce to you the coolest chicks I saw at comic con today. Paloma Burner, who was selling her $3 comic about aliens and planets which she wrote and drew all on her own. And the most badass storm trooper you will ever see.

I stopped by the Loot Crate booth today at comic con to say hi to my friend Mikey! Loot Crate is a monthly geek/gaming subscription that gives you awesome things in the mail! If you’re into that stuff click on the link & you can put in the code RUFIO to get $3 bucks off!
Also if you’re at comic con, you should probably come say hi to me since i’m always roaming the floor.
